Premium Plus – It is available on select long-haul international flights as well as select domestic flights on premium transcontinental routes. You will enjoy more space and comfort with additional legroom, elbow room and recline. Also, you will receive upgraded dining and complimentary alcoholic beverages.
Airlines Economy Cabins
Economy – In Economy, you will get access to a wide range of in-flight services and amenities. It features a variety of food and drink selections based on the route and duration of your flight. There are also various types of in-flight entertainment options on most flights, such as an extensive library of movies and TV shows, live TV, audio entertainment, Wi-Fi, and in-flight magazine.
Economy Plus – Stretch out with more legroom to work and relax and sit near the front of the cabin in Economy Plus.
Basic Economy – Basic Economy is meant for the passengers who are price sensitive. When you can enjoy complimentary food and beverages on standard economy ticket, it comes with certain restrictions, such as no allowance of full-sized carry-on bags, no access to complimentary seat selection, and no option of group and family seating.
Check-In
There are various options for a flight check-in. Take a look at the following:
- Online Check-In: You can check-in online starting 24 hours and ending 60 minutes prior the scheduled departure time.
- Mobile Check-In – To receive a mobile boarding pass on your device, you can go for mobile check-in. The check-in starts 24 hours and ends 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Curbside Check-In (at the airport) – At most of the U.S. airports, you can opt for curbside check-in with the Airlines. You may check-in curbside from 30 minutes to 4 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
- Self-Service Kiosk Check-In (airport) – At the airport kiosk, you can check-in from 30 minutes to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Ticket Counter Check-In – You can check-in at the airport ticket counter from 30 minutes to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. You will receive a printed boarding pass directly through the ticket counter check-in.
- Voice Check-In – In case, you do not have access to internet, voice check-in will still allow you quick and smooth check-in for your flight. Those traveling within the U.S. and Canada with not more than 10 people are eligible for voice check-in. Connect to the automated menu and say check-in. You would need to tell the number of bags you want to check-in. At the same time, you would hear your baggage service charges. You can opt either for your boarding documents to be sent on email or to pick them up at an airport kiosk.
Age Restrictions
Children under 5 years can’t travel as unaccompanied minors.
Children between 5 and 14 years may travel alone as Unaccompanied Minors. However, the Unaccompanied Minor Service is mandatory.
Children aged 15-17 years old and traveling alone can also opt in for unaccompanied minor service.
In case two or more children travel together, the more restrictive age requirement will apply (e.g., a 10-year old child and a 16-year old child may travel together, but the younger traveler is still considered an Unaccompanied Minor).
